  • Delivery times

    Customers within our Georgia delivery area will receive their products via our own School Box delivery drivers. Customers outside of our Georgia delivery area, and all out of state orders will be delivered via UPS or USPS depending on your area. Most customers see their orders in 5-7 business days. (Delivery times during July-August may be longer due to increased volume during the Back-to-School season)

  • Report a shipment problem

    We strive for perfection in everything that we do, but if there happens to be a problem with your shipment we will work vigorously to correct it in a timely manner. To report a shipment problem please click here and complete the form in its entirety.

    Account Holder Authorization To Charge Update
    If you have a charge account with us, use this form to update who is eligible to charge on that account. Please complete this form and fax it to 770-919-2241, Attn: Accounting Department. Please allow 10 days for the changes to take effect.
